The 60-day field trial

Use the gear. Mount it, carry it, take it out in weather. If it is not right for you, send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fee, and no interview about why.

What we need back

Return the item with everything it shipped with: mounts, hardware, wrenches, batteries and the box. Normal field use is expected and fine. Items broken through abuse or modification fall under the guarantee instead of the trial.

How to start a return

Email support@braveridgeoutdoors.com with your order number and what you are sending back. We reply with a prepaid return label within one business day. Please do not ship anything back without a label; we cannot track it, and we cannot refund what we cannot find.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and issue the refund within 3 business days, to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts it within another 5–10 days. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return results from our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

The simplest path is a refund plus a fresh order, so you are never waiting on stock to line up. If you would rather we swap it directly, ask and we will arrange it.

Cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full immediately.
