Lifetime guarantee
What is covered
Hardware we sell is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. If a mount cracks, a spring fails, a finish lifts or a mechanism stops doing its job under normal use, we make it right: repair first, replace when repair is not sensible.
What is not
- Cosmetic wear: scratches, holster marks and the patina that comes from actually using the thing.
- Damage from abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or disassembly beyond what the manual describes.
- Consumables such as batteries.
- Loss or theft.
Manufacturer warranties
Every item we stock is factory-new and carries its maker's own warranty in full. Magpul, Vortex, SIG SAUER and Walker's each stand behind their products directly, and several offer their own unlimited lifetime terms. Our guarantee sits alongside theirs; it never replaces or reduces them. Where the manufacturer's remedy is the better one, we will tell you and help you file it.
Making a claim
Email support@braveridgeoutdoors.com with your order number, what failed, and a photo if the fault is visible. No receipt hunt required if you bought it from us; we have the record.
